What cake to make a paramedic

My friend who is just finishing off his Paramedic training just had his birthday and i was undecided on what sort of cake to make him then it hit me an Ambulance cake

I made a chocolate coffee cake and then gave it a thin layer of buttercream icing
I then used an icing pen to mark out the ambulance shape and then filled it in with colored buttercream icing and this is how it turned out , i loved it , and thought it turned out great under the circumstances ( made it late at night and was running between cake making/decorating and taking care of sick kids ) and more to the point he loved it :)
